I am truly sorry to the loyal customers who use the facility and find there is no toilet paper. I have a subject who comes in almost every day and steals it. They also broke the lock and have tried to pry the change machine open. If I video them again I will press charges

Sorry to all my customers but I have been forced to raise the price of my regular wash to $4.50. I have done everything I could do to keep my prices down but water has risen dramatically and my liability insurance has gone up. The only other option was to not run the ac. And it would be so uncomfortable in there it would be unbearable. We work hard to keep our customers comfortable and our environment as nice as possible. If you see anything that is out of the ordinary (such as people in there and not washing clothes and just hanging out) please call me and I will take care of it. It is a laundromat so it will have loitering. I do my best to stop it but I get little help from the city after several complaints, Thank you for you continued support. Please remember if you are using pods or powder for your clothing it needs to be put in with the cloths. Thanks once again

First of all I want to say how much I appreciate my customers and the way everyone treats the laundromat. I am writing this to advise my valued customers that due to the 46 percent water rate hike by the city I will have to increase washes 50 cents to $4.50,
Karli and I make every effort to keep the laundromat clean and comfortable for our customers. I called the city and spoke with the new city manager in an effort to help with the price increase so we can keep the prices as they are. I was told that I need to go to the water board meeting. It is the 21st of this month at 6 pm in the council chambers at the city building. I assure my customers that the increase in price won’t come until the outrageous increase takes place. I encourage my customers and all citizens to attend the meeting and voice their concerns. Once again thank you for using Drop your pants off laundromat and I am available to
Assist anyone from the hours of 6 am to 9 pm. The laundromat is open 24 hours so if you have issues at night just call me in the morning and one of us will do what we can to resolve the issue

I have been trying to take good care and pride in the laundromat for the sake of my loyal customers. I truly appreciate all of your patronage. However, I try to put good paper towels and toilet paper in the bathroom only to have it stolen on a daily basis. I have locked the toilet paper up. Can’t go without that. But I will no longer be providing paper towels. Sorry for the inconvenience but you can thank the ignorant ass hole who walks in every day only to steal what they can. I should post a picture of them but, it’s only paper towels.
