As another busy season comes to a close, the Shore Thing Property Services team is looking forward to seeing everyone at our upcoming annual owners meetings!

It has been a great year filled with hard work, a long and busy rental season, and plenty of accomplishments along the way.

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our Board of Directors, property owners, and association partners for your continued trust and support.

We are grateful for the relationships we have built and the opportunity to care for your properties throughout the year.

We look forward to reflecting on another successful season, discussing plans for the year ahead, and continuing to serve your communities in 2027!

🌀 SHORE THING PROPERTY SERVICES — HURRICANE PREP COMPLETE! 🌀

Our hurricane preparations have officially been finalized! ✅

We will continue monitoring the storm closely, and as soon as the bridges reopen and it is safe to return, our team will be back on-site inspecting properties and assessing how each property weathered the storm.

💙 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM! 💙

We cannot express enough gratitude for the hard work, dedication, and long hours our team has put in over the past week.

The last two days have been especially challenging as our crew worked tirelessly to clear and secure pool furniture, secure building exteriors, remove potential flying debris, and move furniture from nearly 100 private balconies for property owners.

A special thank you to John and Chad, whose experience, leadership, and dedication helped guide our team through this enormous undertaking. We are incredibly grateful for every single member of our Shore Thing family!
