Diamond M has no power and no water just like every where else, but it's payday and our folks need their checks.....so sitting in the truck at the office with laptop hooked to inverter on the truck battery running payroll and cutting handwritten paychecks today for our folks. Without our staff and clients, we wouldn't be here!

No one likes to talk about bed bugs - they're taboo and can infest a property about as fast as roaches can!! They can cause much havoc on your rental business too! So, we've got some tips for you.

Bed bugs do travel from place to place. They can be in ones luggage, the property next door and hitch a ride on the shoe of someone walking by and essentially be transported anywhere. They are more prevalent in driving destination locations because many will break up that long drive and stay in a hotel vs driving straight from their home to their vacation spot so it opens the door even more to lick up a bug somewhere.

So here's a few tips for ya!

1) Headboards - wood or metal is better than upholstered/padded or wicker - bed bugs will get into the padding/wicker and are difficult to see and remediate

2) bed bug protective covers - these zip covers are treated with repellant to aid in preventing bed bugs

3) should you have a bed bug issue, heat treating is a much better treatment solution than chemical

4) make sure whatever company you choose for treatment knows what they're doing and knows the proper specs to heat treat (correct temperature, correct amount of time to keep heated at a sustained heat)

If you find yourself in a situation with bed bugs, give us a call, we use one of the best bed bug remediation companies, have never had to do a retreat with them and they always remediate on the first treatment. Always heat treat too!

Beginning August 30th, Diamond M will have a laundry division. This will give us full 100% control of our linens from laundry (wash, dry, fold and inspection), to shelves to your properties.

We also offer laundry services to other cleaning service providers as well.
