"We'll clean your home like it is our own!" We do not service commercial properties but can refer you to a few companies who do if you are in need of commercial cleaning. Do you have committment requirements?
-No, you are welcome to modify, extend or can

cel services at any time. Clients are more than welcome to be home while cleaning services are taking place. We also are pet and kid friendly so there is no need to change your routine for service! Additionally, being home is not a requirement of service. My home is equipped with security cameras, is this ok? We understand security is very important! What are your prices?
-Prices can vary depending on size of the home, level of cleaning needed, pet factor, etc so a walk through bid is REQUIRED to give an accurate bid for each specific home need. As a ballpark, our prices average around $80-$90 per hour and a half a service. Is there a minimum timeframe booking requirement?
-Yes, the minimum timeframe is 1.5 hours. What if I need to cancel an upcoming clean, how would this be handled?
-We understand that life happens, we do not charge for cancellations or reschedules. However, if there is a repeat of cancellations or reschedules, we reserve the right to move that client to as needed scheduling (not common). I have specific product requests for my home, would you accommodate this?
-Absolutely! We are more than willing to use products you prefer. The only product we cannot use in the home is bleach. Do you clean up mold?
-We do not. Do I need to be home for the walk through?
-Yes, all walk-throughs must take place with the client. Do you require a down payment to book?
-Not for bids under $500. Anything over $500 will require 50% down payment. How many cleaners will be in my home?
-1 cleaner unless specified during bid/walk through. What forms of payment do you take?
-We take cash, venmo, Square (debit or credit card). Checks are only accepted if approved by JHC in cleaning agreement. What is your travel radius?
-We are based out of Foley, MN so our primary service area is 30 mile radius of Foley. Any client outside of the 30 miles may be subject to a travel fee (would be disclosed before services begin). Do I need to pick up my home before you arrive?
-No, not at all. We are there to help make this cleaner for you so you are not required at all to pick up before cleaning services. Are you insured?
-Yes, we are fully insured, licensed and bonded!

Good morning JHC clients and supporters, we have another health communication to update.

First, Janell is recovering from the first three surgeries she had. She is feeling very good and is bouncing back quickly (Praise God!).

Second, in the midst of all of this, a known back diagnosis was investigated with tests and determined to have gone from mild to severe. To put it bluntly, we can no longer ignore it.

A neurosurgeon was met with and it was determined that Janell HAS to have a spine surgery asap.

L4-L5 transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion with bilateral foraminal decompression.

Because Janell is the main cleaner, which that job includes significant bending, lifting and twisting, the doctor said she has to be out a MINIMUM of 4 months.

Because of this, we sadly are announcing that we are pausing ALL business operations until further notice. All current clients have been notified. We will be pausing our business phone line and suspending responding to any emails or website requests.

Any cleaning inquiries are to be sent to the following companies:

- Colford Cleaners out of Becker (connected with the owner yesterday, they have openings)

-Elk River Cleaning out of Elk River (last I connected with the owner; they are full on clients but they are our #1 referral company- FANTASTIC company!!)

We appreciate appreciate all the support of our business. The grace and understanding we have received through this health trial time is not lost on us.

We will update what business operations will look like after Janell is fully healed and brand new 🙂

Hello JHC clients and supporters. Janell here, checking in, as previously posted, I had surgery on October 7th, hospitalization due to some complications following that and discovered a second surgery would be needed. Well that second surgery happened Monday October 20th. But the surgery wasn’t able to fix the whole problem in one surgery. I now will be going back on Thursday for another surgery.

Additionally, another known health problem is now needing to be tackled which may result in a 4th (and Lord willing) final surgery. Because of all of this, the initial planned on 6 weeks of operations halted has now been extended with the end date unknown. Right now, I need to get the surgery on Thursday complete, recover from that (recovery isn’t predicted to be longer than a few days for that) then will be getting in touch with the next specialist.

Although many health issues collided at once here in the past month, we assure everyone every bit is recoverable and once taken care of, I should be back to normal. I will communicate when I know more. We thank you big time for your business, support, patience and understanding.

Good morning, as previously posted, Janell had surgery on October 7th. Due to some complications, her recovery has not gone as anticipated. Additionally, after hospitalization (she is now home), additional resolvable health issues were discovered, one of which will require another surgery mid November. Because of this, all business operations are halted until her recovery from the second surgery is complete. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding! Once she is fully healed, she will be a busy cleaning machine!

Happy October!

Please note we will be closed Tuesday, October 7th through Tuesday, November 18th due to our main cleaner, Janell having surgery. We will not be completing any services during this time as well as will not be returning emails or phone call. Thank you for all your patience and understanding. We will be back to brand new and ready for Thanksgiving prep cleans the week of November 18th!

Today’s older client was craving home cooked custom tater tot hot dish but due to a wrist injury, she is unable to make it so today she asked Janell to! She was so happy!
