Gnawed Plants: Check for damage to fruits, vegetables, and plants. Rats often gnaw on them, leaving noticeable marks. ððĨð
Droppings: Small, dark pellets can be found in outdoor areas like gardens, sheds, patios and around trash bins. ððĐ
Grease Marks: Rats leave dark, greasy marks along the paths they frequently travel, which might be seen on outdoor walls or fences. ððĪïļ
Tracks and Footprints: Small footprints and tail drag marks may appear in dusty or muddy areas outside. ððĢ
Nesting Materials: Shredded paper, fabric, or plant material might be found in hidden spots around your yard. ððŠķ
Nocturnal Activity: Rats are more active at night. You might see them scurrying in bushes or hear them in the garden after dark. ðð
Pet Behavior: If your pets are overly interested in certain areas or behaving strangely, they might be sensing rodent activity. ððą
