Do you think the DFW car wash market is saturated? The Houston market? San Antonio? The answer isn't as simple as a yes or no. You can't paint with broad strokes here (forgive the architecture pun 🙃). You have to analyze specific traffic corridors independently.

With all-in new construction costs at about $7-8 million per site, stringent entitlements processes, and corridor saturation, acquisitions are looking more and more attractive. The above challenges turn into protections for existing sites. The question is what to do with an older existing building that doesn't meet today's needs and doesn't reflect your brand. That's where we come in.. we provide building design and site layout, construction documentation, engineering, and we work with your team through permitting and construction.

Wanna stop the big players from building across the street from you? Turn your wash into something they can't compete with 💪 .

In mature developed markets, the best investment could be an older wash that needs repairs and updates. Luckily we're not scared of a remodel project 💪. This wash in Plano Texas was originally a flex serve with slim margins, which was subsequently purchased and turned into an express wash where lower overhead and subscription based income provide healthy margins.

We love the knowledge and problem solving abilities experienced car wash operators bring to the design process.

I spy two unique problem solving features in this photo alone. What do you see and what problem does it solve? 👇🤓
