*Cleaner's hours varies per job

Rates: Residential
Standard Rate: $40 p/hr (anything under 1 hour is still a $40 flat rate) This is a basic cleaning rate- not requiring a heavy deep cleaning. Pet/Smoking rate: $45 p/hr (anything under 1 hour is still a $45 flat rate) This type of service requires different cleaners and equipment for pet

hair/messes as well as different cleaners used for smoking in home. Neglected/Hoarder rate: $50 p/hr (anything under 1 hour is still a $50 flat rate) This type of service often requires a haul out service (trailer/dumpster) requires a different type of cleaner for decontamination/sanitation, and often requires multiple rounds of deep cleaning. *All cleaners are plant or water based, noncorrosive, and pet/family friendly.

**Neglected/Hoarder cleaners are concentrated cleaners-no bleach is used except for Softscrub used in sinks.
