Another day, another standard clean for one of my recurring clients! 🧽🫧☕️

I truly can’t express how grateful I am for my recurring clients! 🥹💕 Not only do they keep my schedule full and my business booming, but they are SO good to me! From trusting me in their homes to continuously supporting my small business, it never goes unnoticed.

After nine years in business, I can confidently say that building long-term relationships with my clients is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Many of my clients have been with me for years, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who continues to support Caffeinated Cleaners LLC! You are appreciated more than you know! 🫶🏼

Cleaning business owners, are you protecting your business with a Client Agreement? ☕🧹

In Part 1 of my Client Documents Series, I’m breaking down why I created my Client Agreement and how it’s helped me establish boundaries, protect my time, and set clear expectations with clients.

From payment policies to cancellations and client responsibilities, having everything in writing has made running my business so much easier!

✨ Want to create your own? My editable Client Agreement Template is available in my Stan Store for individual purchase!

Another day, another load of laundry! 🧺🫧

I don’t know about y’all, but the thought of sitting down and folding a pile of laundry can feel so tedious! 😂 But once I actually sit down, put something on to watch, and start folding, I find myself enjoying it. There’s just something so satisfying about having everything clean, folded, and put away! ✨

Now, I know not everyone feels the same way about laundry, and that’s exactly why Caffeinated Cleaners LLC offers Wash & Fold services! ☕🧺

If laundry is one of those chores you keep putting off, let me take it off your to-do list! I’ll pick up your laundry, wash it, dry it, fold it, and bring it back to you. One less chore for you to worry about!

📲 Interested? Call, text, or message me for more information!

truly in a season of being grateful for everything I have!

Though I don’t like washing my dishes, I’m grateful I have a roof over my head & food to eat to use these dishes. I’m in my safe space, cleaning and enjoying the satisfaction of a clean space.

It’s not all about having the nicest things or having so much stuff, it’s about appreciating and taking care of what I have in this season.

And that’s a wrap on my Setting Boundaries With Clients series! 💛

Over the last few videos, I’ve shared real lessons I’ve learned throughout the years from putting everything in writing, protecting my time and payment, handling extra requests, setting communication boundaries, learning to say no, and understanding that boundaries don’t make you rude.

These are things I wish I knew when I first started my cleaning business, and I hope sharing what I’ve learned can help another cleaning business owner avoid some of the mistakes I had to learn from myself.

And this is definitely NOT the last series! 👀 I have more real-life cleaning business lessons, tips, and things I’ve learned over the years coming your way.

If you’re a cleaning business owner, make sure you’re following along! If you need help getting your client documents and boundaries in place, head to my Stan Store to grab my client document bundle and take advantage of my FREE resources! ✨

Learning to say no was one of the hardest lessons I had to learn as a cleaning business owner. I used to think I needed every client, but I’ve learned that not every client is the right fit for my business and that’s okay

If you’re a cleaning business owner working on setting better boundaries with your clients, head to my Stan Store today to grab my client document bundle + take advantage of my FREE resources! 🧼✨

Before you book a full move-out clean, ask your leasing office or landlord exactly what they require.

Not every home needs the full move-out package! For this client, a base cleaning + an add-on was all that was needed to get the home ready.

Knowing exactly what’s required can help you avoid paying for services you don’t need AND give you a better chance of getting that security deposit back.

So whether you’re moving out of an apartment, townhouse, rental home, or any other rental property, ask first, then book your cleaning based on what’s actually required.

And if you’re not sure what you need, send me a message! I’m happy to help you figure out what makes sense for your home 💛
