Hello my name is Alicia Urbina owner of Diamond Shine Cleaning, a professional cleaning and
property-support service, specializing in short-term rentals. We provide the convenience and
coordination of a management company while offering a more flexible and cost-effective
alternative to traditional management fees. Serving Flagstaff and surrounding areas for the past 19 years. Creating welcoming home-like experience with the quality and comfort of a hotel stay.
Recognized with the Best of Flagstaff and other awards. We are known for exceptional attention to detail.
Our trained cleaning team provides reliable, same-day turnovers, helping ensure every property is clean, stocked, and guest-ready before the next arrival. We understand that short-term rentals require more than routine cleaning, so we also coordinate with trusted local partners to provide:
• Landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Window cleaning
• Laundry and linen services
• Trash removal
• Guest communication and support
• Property inspections and issue reporting
• Restocking of essential supplies
• Coordination of maintenance and specialty services
For owners with multiple properties, we can also help streamline your entire operation by
creating consistent cleaning standards, turnover procedures, supply systems, and communication
processes across your portfolio. This reduces the number of vendors you need to manage and
gives you one reliable point of contact for day-to-day property needs.
Our goal is to protect your investment, improve the guest experience, and help you earn stronger
reviews - without the cost and complexity of hiring a full-service management company.
I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your property or portfolio and discuss
how our services could support your business.
