We celebrated our oldest worker today. Paul turn 80 tomorrow. He’s been with us about a year. He’s is almost deaf and doesn’t wear his hearing aides because they’re expensive. Let me tell you how frustrating that is for ALL of us. Paul does our sweeping and Sam’s runs. Our office prints him out a list with photos of what we want. To say Paul is a job in himself is an understatement but he was persistent in applying or should I say begging for a job and Sharon said ‘we’ll find something for you’ so here we are Having birthday cake for Sweet Paul.

Herring has an office staff of 5 people and we can’t keep up with the phones. Between pumping septic and grease traps, delivering and serving portable toilets, replacing and repairing pumps and floats, snaking and water jetting services, delivering gravel and our excavation and install business the dispatchers are working hard. Oh! We guess the service men are too. We can tell by all the good reviews we’re getting.
Where were these calls two months ago when we were waiting for the phone to ring? Haha.
