Hiring for Window Cleaner/ Power Washer
Job Summary
Looking to Hire Immediately
** This position is responsible for performing window cleaning and power washing services for residential and commercial clients. ***Please upload a current resume when applying.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows:
• Cleaning of interior and exterior residential windows and screens.
• Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and retail windows.
• Bucket lift work.
• Utilization of aerial equipment.
• Power washing brick, siding and concrete.
• Proprietary house washes and roof cleaning.
• Utilization of SoftWash Systems
• Gutter cleaning and brightening.
• Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows.
• Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water purification system.
Core Competencies
** To perform this job successfully, applicant must demonstrate competency in the following areas:
• Always arrive to work on time.
• Be neatly dressed in required clothing.
• Be able to follow directions.
• Handle company vehicle.
• Get to job site on time.
• Help set up the job.
• Complete jobs in timely fashion.

• Care for tools and equipment.
• Loading and unloading of company vehicle before and after jobs.
• Climbing ladders.

• Organize vehicle and tools.

Key Skills & Traits
• Desire to be trained and learn the appropriate skill to clean windows.
• Mechanically Inclined is a plus with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and vehicles.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• The ability to work at heights and climb ladders up to 30’.
• Awareness of safety requirements.
• The willingness to learn how to use appropriate tools and water purification equipment.
• The ability to communicate clearly with fellow works, employer and clients.
