Looking to hire lead cleaner plus at least one cleaner.. this is a full time Monday thru Friday 8:00 am till day is done position.... Will also consider a part time person willing to work 3 days a week... Hours vary day to day depending on jobs.... Average time off is 4pm Minimum 30+ hours per week.. This is a very physical job, looking for DEPENDABLE, positive attitude, works well with others and willing to learn.... Must have a clean background and lead MUST have a clean driving record to drive company vehicle.... Must have transportation to meet at office in Fenton.... PM to set up phone interview then in person interview... lead cleaner start at $11.50 , cleaners start at $10, with drive time paid.... Raises are based on being at work everyday, positive attitude, learning the jobs.... Faster this happens faster the raises come.... We are a small company ... WE do hallways, vacant units and residential...
DO NOT SHOW UP AT OFFICE UNLESS HIRED....

I CAN'T believe today marks 12 years of owning my company.... as I look back today, I started with no employees, just me and ONE apartment complex.... about 7 years ago I only had apartment complexes and some halls... I started picking up houses to clean one at a time thanks to friends and meeting some AMAZING people while bartending at JUST JOHN....
Forward to today, I have over 20 houses (some of which i've had for 6 years)
I have 5 apartment complexes which I either do their halls or halls/ clubhouse and vacants.... ( 3 of which I have had for 10 plus years, another one for almost 6 years..
I also now work for MANAGEMENT companies doing halls for their HOA complexes (THANKS TO SOME AMAZING FRIENDS)
Just in the last 2 weeks, I've picked up 2 Residential cleans and a new set of halls....
It hasn't been easy by any means, even still today.... it's hard work, hell just 2 years ago this coming this coming December I have my employees the option to start doing my jobs right or don't come back.... they chose not to come back.... I had to roll up my sleeves and get busy cleaning (thankfully I had the help of my partner, daughter and great friends) I made it and hired another employee the day before Christmas eve... I didn't spend Christmas eve with my family that year in order to get jobs done....
All that said I still feel blessed and so thankful for EVERYONE in my life that had stopped and backed me...
So after 12 years I'm still learning and growing as a human and business owner... I'm sure i'll make mistakes in the future but I will push threw and try to get better with every fall

7 years ago today, I took a leap of faith and open Customized Cleaning.... Its been a hard but great ride and I'm looking forward to many more years to come.... Huge thanks to everyone that's supports us and keeps us going...
