With the cold that came on with a vengeance, I have had quite a few calls about odors coming from inside people's homes. This odor may be the vent stack or pipe that vents the toilets and sinks in the home. They can get blocked with snow or ice and even an occasional bird or squirrel looking to get warm. That is the first thing to check.

Having a hard time digging out your lids? Let us help by installing risers to bring the lids to the surface. We can bury just beneath the surface or use green lids that are flush with the ground. We just unscrew lids to clean. Call for a quote to have this done. Stop using a pick ax and tearing up your yard. Stop "trying" to find the lid. Let us take the guess work out of it.

When buying a home, one of the first things you should do is have the septic inspected. I get at least 2-3 calls every month from new homeowners who are having septic issues. I always ask if they have had a septic inspection and the answer is no. This can be a very expensive repair especially after just moving into a new home. We check inside the tank and also the field itself. A home inspection is NOT a septic inspection. They may see if toilets flush or water drains, but DO NOT confuse for inspection.
