We spent all day yesterday doing a “stuff” removal from this home. An entire truckload of clothing, shoes and home goods went to donation and another truck and trailer full was just trash. (Expired food, empty products, broken items, old TVs etc)

We went back this afternoon and finished the job. It’s not perfect and was never expected due to its age and lack of past cleaning to come out perfect but it’s a HUGE improvement over what it was.

Enjoy some before and afters. It’s always so satisfying for us to see!

Today we ventured to the Shrewsbury area to clean this home to get ready for the market. Walls have been scrubbed, bathroom cleaned, oven done cabinets and more. It will be getting fresh paint next week. Stay tuned for a listing coming soon by the one and only Gina Baum!

Took an adventure to Spring Grove yesterday to do an after construction clean of this beautiful new bathroom done by J.E. Miller Services. A 3 year old little boy lives in this home and was shy when I first arrived but before I knew it he came out of his shell and I think I spent more time playing with John Deere tractors and Toy Story cars then I actually did cleaning the space. 🙂 Took me back to my days of being a preschool teacher.

Spent the afternoon getting this one cleaned up and out. The living room and garage had a lot of stuff in it to be removed as well as the basement which I did not get any pics of. This home will be up for sale this week!

Spent the past couple days getting this home ready to be sold. It will need new floors put in and some fresh paint but it’s prepped and ready for the rest of its rehab to be done by a new owner.

Anyone remember the home filled with craft supplies we cleaned out in August? Well it went on the market and sold rather quickly and the buyer redid the entire place! What we didn’t tell you was when we cleaned it out we found a lil shy of $15,000 behind the one dresser our son pulled out and we of course turned it over to the family.

That find brought may tears to the homeowners eyes and has been told over and over again to others. It has drummed up the business and I now get the question “are you the one who found the money!” My 20 year old son is the one who found it and said right away “mom there is a ton of money back here.” When he could have very well just pocketed it but he didn’t. Taught home well.

Anyhow this new home owner is working with the same realtor Fred Valentine who told him the story and he called us in to do a final after construction up clean of the home.

I pulled up today and thought I had the wrong house and couldn’t figure out why Jodie was at the wrong house as well. But it was the right house and it’s beautiful! I had tears in my eyes as we did a walk through. Just amazing!

Yesterday’s pressure wash house now got an inside the house clean today! It was a LONG day but we got it done to the best we were able. Some dirt and grime just did not want to move 100% no matter what product I tried which I don’t like not winning that battle but the ones I did win were worth it lol I got a lot of before and after pics but also just got some only after pics as the day was getting to long and we just wanted to get done and come home.
This home will be listed on the market in the next couple days. It’s A BIG ONE!!

Today we started on a new home going up for sale by Gina Baum with Howard Hanna real estate later this week! Jodie took advantage of of the rain making the area wet already and started the pressure washing end of the job! Looks amazing! Tomorrow I start the inside!
