- $13 / hour starting pay. Time and a half for weekends (weekend work optional)

- PART TIME: range 5-15 hours per week

- employee conducts regular, deep, and move-out cleanings of homes, apartments, and short-term rental turnovers in a team of 2 to 3 cleaners

- after two months: paid holidays and $100 signing bonus

- employee MUST be able to arrive on time at the business meeting location. Transportation provided between cleaning locations

- Cleaning supplies are provided - employee will NOT bear costs of any cleaning supplies
