Making resolutions in regard to your health?🤔
Don’t forget about your pillows and mattress! We shed 30-40,000 skin cells an hour! Dust mites feed on those cells and you’re breathing it all in 6-9 hours a night. 🤯Replace pillows yearly and vacuum your mattress each quarter! Most dryers have a sanitize setting to run your pillows, kids stuffies, etc in for 20 minutes to sanitize them! Your allergies and respiratory system with thank you! Happy New Year everyone!
