Steamers Carpet Cleaners is currently hiring for a carpet cleaning technician. The starting pay is 20.00 an hour for an inexperienced person. This position requires a professional demeanor and work ethic. You must be able to work unsupervised and maintain a daily appointment schedule. Cleaning carpet, tile and upholstery is physically demanding but also rewarding. We are a fast paced company and we require the best from our technicians. We have a very family like atmosphere and employees are taken care of with bonuses and a schedule that allows you to take days off here and there for personal reasons. We work Mon-Fri with about three weekends a year. we schedule our last job of the day at 4:00, but we are usually done before that. There is room for advancement for the right person and the pay will definitely reflect that. If you have experience and do not need to be trained, we will start you out at a higher pay rate and you will have a definite edge for the crew chief position that needs to be filled. This person must be a leader that is organized and punctual. Due to the fact that we are in customers homes, we require a non-smoker or at least someone who can refrain from smoking until after work hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional that likes to be active and not stuck behind a desk all day as you will be in several different homes a day. We are located in Springdale.
