We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the BRENTWOOD INN & GARDEN. To be successful you would need to be customer focused, treating each encounter with our guests as an opportunity for hospitality. You are often the first impression of our hotel and play a vital role in winning over new guests as well as keeping our regular guests coming back.

This position requires flexibility. You would work 32-40 hours per week, filling in where needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays. We are looking for someone who understands that he/she is part of a team and realizes how important it is to show up for every shift, on time, and with a great attitude.

Basic Requirements

Responsible for prompt, efficient, courteous check in/check out of guests

Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, solving issues and fulfilling requests

Excellent communication skills. Able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Able to stand for the entire shift as well as push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds

Comfortable using a computer and able to handle cash and credit card processing accurately and confidently.
