Looking to hire honest and reliable people to add to our crew immediately. Full time and part times positions available. Full time employees would get 32+ hours/week and part time employees, 16+ hours/week. Additional hours will be available on some weekends if you are interested.
Shift start time for full time employees will be at 11.30 am and 5.00 pm for part time employees.
Past cleaning experience as a janitor/custodian/housekeeper is a plus but not a requirement. All new employees will go through a paid 2-week training period.
Ability to work in a team environment and get along with your coworkers will be key as you will be integrated in to one of our teams once your training is complete.
Most of the cleanings would be common areas in apartment buildings and office spaces (after hours) with a few moveout cleanings. All cleaning supplies will be provided by us. Transportation between different accounts will be provided and you will be compensated for the travel time.
Cleaning duties include but not limited to, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping, polishing, trash, cleaning restrooms, windows etc.
Physical demands and qualifications:
• Attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and its uses
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. vacuum on your back while vacuuming hallways & stairs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Valid ID
Starting pay at 15.00 -16.00. with a raise after the 30-day probationary period, depending on work performance, attendance, and punctuality.
