Hello,
We would like to formally introduce ourselves. We are Kaitlin Trinkaus and Tim Johnson, we are the owners of High Country Cleaning and Snow Removal. We would like to thank you for considering us for your vacation rental.
A little background. I, Kaitlin have been professionally cleaning over 10 years. I first started working at the Hand Hotel in Fairplay then started to work with Colorado Cool Cabins for the past two years. It has been a pleasure working with a neat company. I love each one of the houses that are on our program because each one has its very own personality. I am also a published author; you may look up my book Völvur here on Facebook and give me a follow there as well.
A little background on the snow removal and maintenance. I, Tim have been with CDOT for the past 5 years. I have been raised in the CDOT family for the past 30 years. I have also done general contracting and HVAC work. I would like to make sure your driveway is passable all year long no matter how much snow or what type of car your guest bring. I would also like to make sure your homes run as smoothly as possible.
Our goal is you give you a fair cleaning, maintenance, and snow removal service. We will be offering the use of our own linens and supplies. You can use your own personal linens and supplies if you wish you choose. We would like to work together with you on what works best for your home and our company. We would like to do as much as possible as but we don’t want to over extend ourselves with dealing with the bookings, not just yet. We would like to work towards that goal with you as we get more comfortable with the situation and changes we are all going through. If you handle to bookings for now we can handle everything else.
