Touching Hearts helps Seniors remain independent by providing non-medical home health care. We are privileged to serve Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Touching Hearts provides non-medical care such as companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, shopping and laundry, Alzheimer and Dementia care. Our mission is to help older adults remain happy and safe at home for as long as possible. We carefully select caregivers who are mature, reliable, and committed to our mission. We match clients and caregivers, based on their unique qualities, for a mutually rewarding relationship.

To wrap up our summer catch-up series, we are so excited to highlight our September Caregiver of the Month: Tayana Hatfield!

Tayana joined our team in July, and the impact she’s made in just three short months has been nothing short of incredible. Even as a newer team member, she immediately stepped up - picking up shifts whenever needed, staying incredibly flexible, and bringing a warm, winning smile to every single client she serves.

We talk a lot about "care done right," and Tayana's willingness to go above and beyond for our clients across Chester County is proof of that promise in action. Thank you for your hard work and positive spirit, Tayana! We are so glad to have you on our team! 💜

Our summer celebration streak continues! As we catch up on honoring our amazing team this week, we are so excited to introduce our August Caregiver of the Month: Laina Griffith!

Laina has been a vital part of our Touching Hearts team for about 18 months now, and she is the absolute definition of dependable. For the families we serve across Chester County, knowing their caregiver will arrive on time, prepared, and ready to care brings true peace of mind.

That level of dedication is what extraordinary care is all about. Thank you for being someone we can all count on, Laina!

It's a busy time of year, but I wanted to take a quick pause today for a very special celebration.

When Jane and I started Touching Hearts back in 2015 after searching for care for my dad, we made a promise to only hire people we'd trust with our own family. That’s why I am so thrilled to celebrate our July Caregiver of the Month: Nicole Lachette!

Nicole joined our team back in May, and she’s been an absolute gem. She brings so much creativity, patience, and genuine heart to her work every day - always going beyond the basics to create meaningful, comfortable moments for our clients across Chester County. Thank you for everything you do, Nicole!

P.S. Summer completely flew by, but over the coming week, we’re going to be highlighting ALL of our Caregiver of the Month winners from this summer. Stay tuned and help us celebrate each of these home care heroes!
