After years spent in the California sun, we brought the paint back to life with our 2-step compound and polish paint correction followed up with a 7-year Professional Jade Obsidian Ceramic Coating on all painted and plastic exterior surfaces. Take a look at some of the progress pictures of a 2010 F-150 that came into the shop for inner and outer rocker panels, rocker panel supports and cab corners. Once we got into the truck we noticed a must more extensive repair was needed. The original truck bed was rusted bad enough that it wasn’t even repairable. We sourced and installed a color matched bed, complete with a spray in Bedliner inside and underneath the bed. In between all the layers of metal work, undercoat was sprayed to help this from happening again. All bare metal was primered, edges and welds sealed with seam sealer and either undercoated or sprayed with color matched Raptor Bedliner to protect the truck. Took a little longer than we initially expected but the final results speak for themselves. Let us know if you have a rust issue, we can help with.

We didn’t like the way the door turned out, found a couple almost invisible height variations. We caught it during a Quality Control inspection. Not a problem-just block it back down, correct the issue, apply a little “icing” and send it back to paint. When doing a restoration like this one, 98% perfect is not good enough.
