FlowFill Friday. The old septic tank was buried under the walkway and masonry front stairs. We were able to install the new tank in a different spot. We then filled the old tank with flowable fill. Nice n neat😊

They don’t make em like they used to....not talking about the tank, or the truck. I’m talking about the driver. Frank from Jolley Precast can squeeze that truck into the most precarious positions. I love working with people with a can-do attitude 😊

With the perimeter drain complete we installed the french drain and started building the boulder retaining wall.

With the foundation poured and inspected we installed the perimeter drainage.

Digging deep and getting it done. The excavation for this addition required removal of more than 300 yards of spoil from site. Note the grade on the left is even with the roof on right. Green pipes stubbed up were run to daylight in the front yard. French drains will be tied in to them.
