Aloha Friends,

One of my long-term goals for SoftWash Hawaii has never been simply to build a successful company.

My goal is to build an organization that creates enough opportunity, resources, and impact that we can consistently give back to the communities we serve.

Several years ago, we had the opportunity to help a local family who was going through a difficult time. The experience reminded me of what is possible when people come together to help others without expecting anything in return.

It requires a team.

It requires leaders.

It requires individuals who believe that serving others matters.

Commission is based on completed and collected revenue attributed to the Territory Manager.

Unscripted. We didn’t ask for this.
My oldest came to us with a full idea—script written, outfits ready, roles assigned—and asked if we’d film it.
No prompting. No direction. Just something she felt inspired to create.
And it hit me…
Our kids are always watching.
Not what we say—but how we show up. The effort. The stress. The commitment. The uncomfortable moments we push through anyway.
Somewhere along the way, she picked that up… and turned it into this.
As a father, this means everything to me. Because the goal was never perfection—it was to be an example.
To show them that doing hard things, trying something new, and stepping into discomfort is part of becoming who you’re meant to be.
