We are looking for a Inside Customer Service Representative:
Take customer calls wanting to get an estimate and close sale with booking our Carpet, Upholstery and Tile cleaning services. Also will be calling existing customer database to update database as well as book for our services. Scheduling service bookings with appropriate equipment, consulting with Technicians when schedualing and managing customers. Refer commercial customer calls to our Commercial Sales Representative. Make recommendations based on customer input. Candidate will be working from our in home business office and will be trained by the Office Manager and Owner.
Some customer service experience such as working in retail sales along with problem solving for customer satisfaction is important. We are a 5 Star service provider and are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude.
Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00/hour( based on performance and experience) plus 5% commission on calls received and 10% commission on sales from existing customer database bookings. Work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break and 2-15 minute breaks. Health plan and IRA retirement plan after 90 day probation period.

We are selling some of our equipment that is not needed in our operations. Our Nobles SS300 17 inch Scrubber along with pad driver and an assortment of pads. We also have a couple of large 30 inch fans and Dries centrifuge fan, a couple of shop carts and the shop vac. Everything is operable and ready to go to work and we will go through the items one more time to ensure it is ready for work(that is our standard procedure when the equipment is going to a job). We sell by the individual can/bottle or by the case. All orders are delivered by us with a $15.00 flat delivery charge or free delivery if you order our services. We are looking for a Janitorial Tech for one of our accounts located near the Honolulu Airport. Typical start time is 10pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays typically and you would be guaranteed 3 hours minimum pay at $20.00/ hour pay rate for those 3 days only when you show up to work. So you want to save money and go to Google for the answer...hey, they have an answer for everything...RIGHT!!!....You are expensively WRONG....There is a reason why people such as myself are in the business of solving problems such as this and there was a chance to fix this had they called an expert such as myself but Google is considered an expert. the customer originally spilt coconut oil on the sofa then tried a remedy posted on Google. This is thousands of dollars mistake in trust and this is now something I can not repair and would have to charge as much as the sofa cost to paint the sofa just as your car interior leather is painted. A word to the WISE....call me for the answer 808-888-6413....it too also costs nothing to ask and I am a 5 star service provider for a reason so stuff like this does not happen to you. I'm not in the business to take peoples money but as a problem solver paid for my expertise and skills....😉

Carpet, Upholstery and Tile cleaning. No experience needed, will be trained in accordance to our Chem Dry and Ohana Chem Dry proprietary methods. We have graveyard and day time openings. Starting pay is $15/hour with much room for growth as skills and training progresses. There is a 90 day probation. Due to nature of the work, drug testing and background check will be done prior to employment. This position is for both part time to full time hours.
