Dirty Space Cleaners, LLC is hiring 1-2 independent contractors to join our dynamic house cleaning team. Clean with us with the option to manage your own accounts to earn more money. You must be reliable, hard-working and a people person.
Part-time hours with full-time opportunity. Monday thru Friday work week. Some holidays. Most work performed between 9am-5pm.
*No experience necessary.
*Starting wages $25+/hour depending on experience.

Job duties:
Light to deep cleaning of people’s homes and possessions. Includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, windows, light fixtures, ceiling fans, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms. Other duties may include laundry (washing, drying, folding, making beds), dishes (washing, drying, placing back in cupboards), minor grout and tile cleaning, and minor carpet cleaning.
Requirements:
-People/pet/animal friendly.
-Be able to lift 30lbs.
-Can stand and work on a step stool or a 3-step stepladder.
-Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
-Reliable transportation. No 2WD. AWD accepted/4WD recommended.
-Be able to drive to customer’s homes in Evergreen and surrounding areas (Conifer, Kittridge, Pine, Golden, Lakewood).
-Pass a background check.
-Proof of independent contractor's insurance (only needed when managing your own accounts.)
