This position requires prior janitorial experience. If you do not have prior experience, please look at our other job positions as you will be considered for those.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage our field cleaning staff, fill-in nightly at multiple locations when our regular team is unable to be on site, and complete specialty jobs including window cleaning, carpet cleaning and floor work. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing call-outs, sick time, PTO and creating a plan to ensure nightly cleaning is still completed. This will involve traveling to multiple locations within the tri-state area to be the fill-in cleaner for the night(s). The Field Supervisor will also be a go-to individual for specialty jobs including carpeting cleaning, floor work, window cleaning, and others. The position will also be required to make deliveries multiple times per month and must be able to lift 40 lbs and more. In conjunction with these duties, this team member will be vacuuming, dusting, wiping, cleaning restrooms and performing various cleaning duties throughout our location(s).

In addition to the above, the Field Supervisor will be in charge of quality assurance and control by inspecting multiple locations, communicating with our field staff regarding the findings and ensuring that all feedback is corrected. This may include interacting with our customers.

The ideal candidate must be flexible with job locations, job duties and have an understanding that no day will be the same.

The position will be guaranteed at least 30 hours weekly with a shift beginning at 2PM or 3PM Monday through Friday, which may fluctuate. Some weekend work may be required. This candidate must be able to work additional hours after this regular shift is completed although those additional hours are not guaranteed and will be sporadic helping out if another team member calls in sick or is on PTO. Additional work may be daytime, nighttime or weekend work.

Job Duties
Manage field cleaning staff and fill-in nightly as the cleaner in multiple locations
Complete speciality work including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, floor work and others
Make deliveries
Dust, vacuum, clean restrooms, wipe surfaces, empty trash cans, etc.
Have the ability to take additional hours once the standard shift is completed
Have a clean background and pass a drug test

Qualifications
Must be flexible with schedule and have the ability to work extra hours
Prior cleaning experience is required
Prior window cleaning and floor work experience is preferred
Valid driver's license and transportation is required
Background testing and drug testing are required
