Superior Janitorial Service is looking for a highly motivated, attention-to-detail individual to serve as a day porter.

Position is at one location, so no commuting between cleaning jobs.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Starting at $18.00/hr.
All major holidays off.

Day porter duties include but are not limited to: Dusting, mopping, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, cleaning break room, cleaning conference rooms, and cleaning parking areas, etc.

The job requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time, to climb stairs, and to be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Employees must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and a Smart phone and reliable transportation with a valid Colorado driver's license are required Uniforms and all work equipment are provided. Will be trained on everything needed to complete daily cleaning tasks.

All interviews will be held in Evans, CO.

Superior Janitorial Service is a growing commercial cleaning company serving the Northern Colorado area. We are looking for one team member to clean a commercial account Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings in the Loveland area.

Duties include but not limited to: Dusting, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, etc.
Job requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time, to climb stairs, and to be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Superior Janitorial Service is searching for a part time team member to assist with residential move out cleans. Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, sweeping and mopping. Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license is a requirement as well as a working cell phone with data plan.

We're looking for people with daytime availability M-F who can assist with residential move out cleans in the Loveland area. Hours vary each week.
