The client states that the vehicle was detailed last month and asked if they could also add a shampoo. The detailer said, "Yeah, of course, for an extra 50 dollars." The picture on the left was supposedly shampooed, and the client was told the stains were permanent. I looked at the client and asked, "Do you want me to *really* shampoo it?" I told him if I couldn't get them clean, he'd pay nothing, but if I could, he'd pay my price for the shampoo. He agreed. Mine's on the right. Do you think he paid? When you get a detail and they say shampooing is included, there's a very high chance they're just spraying all-purpose cleaner, scrubbing, and then vacuuming. We use top-grade shampooing chemicals to ensure that we're not just wiping the surface; we're pulling the dirt all the way out and sanitizing the fabric, with 0 moisture at the end of the detail. You get what you pay for, and if it sounds too good to be true, it is.
