NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN by the Upper Thompson Sanitation District, Larimer County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before the election to be held on May 3, 2022, is hereby cancelled.

Thankfully, all the evacuations have been lifted but that means we are shutting down our temporary RV dump station. Glad, we were to be able to help folks. Stay safe.

Dear UTSD Customers,

We are relieved to see you return from the Thompson Zone Fire mandatory evacuations. Flow is returning to the wastewater treatment plant and the plant continues to operate normally, although, the tertiary treatment is currently offline due to low flows and cold temperatures. We are confident there will be no permit violations. The plant was staffed continuously throughout the most threatening times. All the District departments pitched in to see the District through this period of emergency, with the support of our Board of Directors and District Engineer. The District also reached out to the neighboring Districts-Estes Park Sanitation and the Town of Grand Lake. While this crisis is still unfolding, we are confident the District will see the other side unscathed.

Are you evacuated and sheltering in your RV? We created an emergency dump station for you to dump your black and gray water. The dump station is open from 8am-2pm until further notice. Please call the wastewater treatment plant for directions and assistance. Take care and stay safe.

UTSD would like to extend a helping hand, due to recent events, to anybody that needs to dump black and grey water from their RV. Currently we are accepting RV's from 8 am- 2 pm.

The dump station is located on the wastewater treatment plant grounds. Please call (970)586-5389 for directions and time so one of our operators will be available assist you with you needs. More information can be found on utsd.org. Thank you and stay safe.
