JANITORIAL/MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
Job description
We are looking for a Janitorial/Maintenance person, to upkeep and complete cleaning and small repair tasks at the interior or exterior of properties. This is a full time position 30-35 hours a week with the ability to work upwards of 40 hours weekly.
The best candidate for this position is self-motivated, reliable, thorough, and won’t be distracted if they have to do their work around the general public. This position requires you to communicate with home and business owners regularly, you must be personable. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition and have a keen eye for detail. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50lbs, are valued greatly in this position.
Responsibilities
Clean facilities by sweeping/dusting, leaf blowing, washing down walkways, wiping surfaces/windows etc.
Perform maintenance duties and light repairs. (e.g. changing light bulbs, moving pool furniture in/out of storage, replacing propane tanks etc.)
Undertake duties or emergency tasks (e.g. Hurricane preparation) as assigned by supervisor.
Identify and report any irregularities to supervisor
Requirements
Fluent in the English language
Reliable transportation and clear driving history
Able to commute from different job site locations using your own vehicle.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, walk, climb and reach for the majority of your shift.
Integrity and ability to work independently
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Starting at $18.00/per hour
