Today I'm working on a "no dumpster" clean out. There's a lot of stuff left behind here, but between donations, utilizing curbside services, and hauling away, I'm going to save my client about $800. A little extra effort on my part, yet it allows my client to upgrade the light fixtures and other things that would have been skipped.

Who said I need a truck? 😁

I'm a "clean slate specialist".

What does that mean?

I create a clean slate for the next page in the project or the next chapter for the property.

I'm the first one in and the last one out.

I'll come in and do the clean out, tear out anything that's not needed or what's damaged beyond repair, then I'll deep clean. I can even patch and paint.

Then someone else comes in and brings in the new finishes - flooring, lighting, doors, cabinets, etc.

Finally, I come back and do a final cleaning so it's ready for listing and new occupants.

** I'm a crew of one. I am not hiring. I've tried to hire to expand my business and I've learned I can only count on myself. I haven't found anyone as meticulous as myself nor people who I can count on. So it might take me a minute longer than a crew, but I work as if it's my own home. ☺️

I don't just clean a unit.
I'm not just a cleaner.
I clean, repair, paint.

When your tenant moves out, there's always tedious repairs that need to be addressed. Broken faceplates, broken globes, busted k***s, messed up hinges, loose toilet seats, burned out bulbs, loose trim, and more. Many of those items I already have handy, leftovers from tear outs that I salvage to keep the costs down on future projects, as well as saving me trips to the hardware.

Did you know many housekeeping companies don't allow their cleaners to do anything that requires more than a step stool? Or anything that is considered home repairs?

A client recently interviewed companies and discovered more than half:
-don't do dumpster duties
-wouldn't clean above the kitchen cabinets
-wouldn't clean her chandelier in the entry due to its height
-nor would they powerwash the basement floor.

If what you need is "more than dusting", shoot me a text. I have handled a lot of properties others have turned down.

When I'm doing demo work, I make sure I leave the space the cleanest slate necessary for the next person. If I pull carpet, it's my job to pull everything that goes with it: the pad, the tack, the staples. When pulling drywall, I get the studs as clean of nails as I can. Being meticulous matters. It's no fun kneeling down on a subfloor and there's a nail still sticking up. Don't like the clean up after demo but love doing demo? I'll come in behind you to denail, sweep, etc.

This house was a clean out only. I wanted to do a deep clean and paint as well. The more I dug the house out, the more damage to the house was discovered. The house was sold as-is, with the land being the value. An investor bought it for a song and managed to make this house a livable space again.

Due to the weather this week, one of my projects got postponed by the client, so I have an opening. Instead of taking a day off and relaxing, I'd love to fill a 40 yard dumpster for someone.
