This method is whats recommended by all carpet manufacturers. I don't guarantee the removal of pet
odors. I don't clean tile, hardwood or upholstery. I specialize in carpet restoration & revival. or 1-2 p.m appointment Monday through Saturday. Small closets (1 per room) are free. Large closets will be measured. I have a $250 minimum charge. This charge will be applied to the areas you need cleaned. Areas are $45 per room, loft, hallway (up to150 sqft/area, Larger areas/rooms will be measured and charged at .30 cents per sqft.)
$75 for a staircase (up to 12-15 steps) Most area Rugs $39-$59 (no woven, s**g or flimsy rugs) Carpeted master baths $25-$35
***Heavily soiled rooms/areas are $10-$15 more per area, as they require extra work & application*** Living/Dining rooms combos are 2 rooms. Master suites with a sitting area are considered 2 rooms. If you have pet urine issues, message me for info. Surface only pet urine treatment available (not suitable for severe urine damage). This typically costs $75--$90 per house. Expansive homes or cleanings that require difficult or long setup times may be charged $25-$75 extra.

If you make an appointment, I need same day confirmation with your full name, address, cell phone number & email. If you don't do this, I will have to give up your time and date. If you don't confirm by 7pm the day before via text, I will give up your slot to the next person on the cancellation list. My shampoo, spot & stain removers are wool safe, NON TOXIC & safe for your kids and pets! Heavy soiling will require the use of different, stronger cleansers. Please notify me of any specific alergies or health issues prior to work starting. Unlike other companies, I use restoration equipment. Dry time is typically overnight, depending on plush. Adjustments may be made to the quote by me prior to starting, depending on room size, soiling level & pet issues. I don't move furniture, but you can move as much furniture as you like into wood or tile areas. I can always work around furniture you don't want to move. Place items on top of tables, end tables on top of beds, etc. Heavy items like beds and dressers typically stay put. furniture sliders for carpet are available for purchase at Home Depot or Lowes. I need access to a water source (either kitchen,bathroom, laundry,water heater) and a toilet on the main level. PLEASE Vacuum the carpets, especially if you have pets. Please take precautions to avoid indoor pets from getting out during load in/out. Please clear the driveway of cars. We are not responsible for your pet. It's generally a good idea to book house cleaners the day before Carpet Cleaning. Please don't book house cleaners and carpet cleaning on the same day. Do not do laundry day of cleaning.
