What would you do in this situation? 🤔
I spent time working with a customer on an F-150, answering questions and helping throughout the process. Then he went and bought a truck three states away...
A few days later, he came back to me asking for help setting up FordPass, Bluetooth, and all the technology because the dealership he bought from didn't do it.
I helped him—because that's who I am.
But I'll be honest... it stung a little.
If you buy from your local salesperson, you're not just buying the truck. You're buying the service before, during, and after the sale.
I'm curious... did I make the right call, or would you have handled it differently?
