My name is Jason Ranson, and after 30 years in residential construction, I'm excited to officially launch Living Rock Homes.

My career began as a custom home framer and has taken me through nearly every level of the industry—from the jobsite to project management and corporate leadership. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to help build homes, lead teams, and gain experience that now serves as the foundation of this company.

Living Rock Homes was founded on a simple belief: build every project with integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

The name Living Rock Homes comes from Matthew 7:24, a reminder that anything worth building starts with a solid foundation.

Update on renovation. Bond beam and tile line waterproofing done. Got all new travertine coping installed, trench for conduit run to relocate light control to new Aqualink automation and decking floated and ready for texture for new cool deck application. Stay tuned.

This pool has seen better days… but not for long 💧

We’re getting started on a full drain and prep to remove black algae, surface staining, and failing plaster. You can already see the pitting and wear that comes with age. That is exactly what we’re here to fix!!

This remodel will include:

• 1”x1” glass trim tile for a clean, updated look
• All new mastic around the poo
