• Dusting all reachable surfaces
• Vacuuming & mopping floors
• Kitchen surface wipe-down (exterior appliances only)
• Bathroom cleaning (toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirror)
• Trash removal
• Bed making & light tidying
Starting Rates:
• Studio / 1 Bed, 1 Bath – $100
• 2 Bed, 1 Bath – $120
• 3 Bed, 2 Bath – $150
• 4 Bed, 3 Bath – $180
Add-On:
• Inside fridge or oven – $20 each

• Light spot wall cleaning (non-painted areas)
