Hey hey, it’s Friday and you know what that means… time to spotlight another one of our incredible team members!

Today we’re celebrating Juan Ramon!

Juan is a key part of our plumbing crew, focusing on plumbing, equipment sets, and installing auto covers. He’s also skilled at tying rebar, making him a dependable and hardworking member of our team who helps keep projects moving smoothly.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys heading out to the ranch where he spends time riding horses and taking care of regular ranch work. From long days outdoors to life on the ranch, he enjoys staying busy and working with his hands.

When he’s not at the ranch, there’s a good chance you can find him trying his luck at the casino. He enjoys the excitement, the games, and maybe hoping for that one big jackpot win!

Tad is a key part of our service department and is great at what he does. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to every job, helping keep our clients’ pools looking their best.

Outside of work, Tad enjoys going to football games and watching hockey. He also recently wrapped up his bowling league season—something he always looks forward to. No matter what he’s doing, Tad brings his fun, outgoing personality with him everywhere he goes.

Known for being funny, well-spoken, and easy to get along with, Tad is someone everyone enjoys having on the team.

All of us at IPB take safety very seriously even if a few of us look tired at 6:00 AM, the snacks, coffee and energy drinks after the meeting will help for sure! From plastering and finishing to coping, tile, and everything in between—he truly does it all. His versatility and attention to detail make a huge impact on every project he’s part of.

Outside of work, Felipe loves to unwind in the kitchen. Whether he’s making homemade tortillas from scratch or cooking up classic Mexican dishes, he fills his home with amazing flavors and tradition.

He’s also a big nature lover—whether it’s hiking trails, taking in mountain views, or just enjoying the fresh air, being outdoors is what recharges him and keeps him feeling his best.
