• We are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently while still being part of a team.
• A friendly attitude and good customer service are very important, as we believe in treating every customer and every pool with care.

Get to Know the Just Pools Team: Meet Robby!

Say hello to Robby, one of the friendly faces behind Just Pools!

Robby is originally from East Providence, Rhode Island, and attended the University of Rhode Island, where he played collegiate football and learned the importance of leadership, discipline, teamwork, and serving others.

In 2022, Robby came to Englewood to help with relief efforts after Hurricane Ian. What started as a mission trip quickly became something much bigger. The people, the community, and the opportunity to serve made a lasting impact — and in 2024, Robby felt called back to Florida.

Today, Robby and his wife, Sheana, live in Venice and are building a life rooted in faith, community, and service.

Robby brings a heart for people, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others well. Whether he’s caring for a pool, helping a customer, or simply having a friendly conversation, Robby’s goal is to reflect excellence, integrity, and care in everything he does.

We’re grateful to have Robby as part of the Just Pools team and excited for our customers to get to know him better!

And yes — the verse on his sleeve is John 15:7, a reminder of the faith that guides him every day.
