We hear it all the time around here —
“Sorry it’s so dirty, I’m kinda embarrassed…”

Don’t be. This is the Lehigh Valley — Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown… between muddy back roads, Wawa runs, SteelStacks nights, kids, dogs, and somehow half your life living in the cup holder, we’ve seen it ALL 😅

Nobody brings us a clean car — that would be weird.

You bring us the mess — we hand it back like it never happened. That’s how we like it.

I never complain about rude customers… it’s part of the job and it’s not professional to do that.

But there’s one client I’ve detailed for multiple times who just flat out refuses to pay. Not late… not “next time”… just doesn’t pay.

Full interior. Full exterior. Showroom finish every single time.

And when I ask for payment?
“I shouldn’t have to pay… I’m your wife.”

So basically I’m out here running a business with one repeat offender on a lifetime unlimited detail package she made up in her own head.

At this point I don’t even send invoices anymore… I just accept that I’m detailing this car under a legally binding contract called “marriage.”
