ANOTHER PROBLEM CORRECTED

We had been having trouble from time to time with drivers not being able to stop their vehicle correctly on the front treadle pad. This was causing the stop light to turn off, and they weren't realizing they were stopped in the wrong spot in time, and the machine would time out, and turn off before they would realize they needed to move the vehicle backward or forward a couple inches for it to come on.

We fixed that this morning. The pad now has a better ramp up to get onto the pad, along with a better ramp to keep from over running the pad. This should act more like a saddle for the tire to fall down into, and be able to feel it better as you are driving in.

It should now be doing a WAY BETTER job of washing away those hard to get bugs off, along with that stubborn dirt on your vehicles.

Exciting News!!!

The people have spoke, and WE HAVE LISTENED!!!

We now have completely SPOT FRE RINSE!!!

We have worked so hard on this issue for a few weeks now trying to figure out the problem. It is now FIXED.

A little info on our spot free water.
To be considered spot free, your water must be under 20ppm TDS, with an absolute perfect target of 0ppm TDS.

Anything under 10ppm TDS is considered really good for true spot free.

We are testing in at 3ppm to 4ppm TDS!!!

This is Exciting news for the Carwash!

No more water spots after you leave the wash and the car dries off.

COME GET THOSE CARS CLEAN!!!

More news to come real soon as we are still playing with chemicals also.

Changes are still being made at the Car Wash!!!
We are still trying to get the Automatic to give the best wash that it is capable of doing!

Made a new chemical change this morning to the high pressure soap cycle. Hoping this helps remove the residue that was being missed such as the brow line left on windshield above the wiper line, brake dust, along with helping enhance the conditioners, and wax polish for a better drying agency.

We have one more change coming very soon to the presoak cycle, as soon as we run out of one of the current chemicals being used on that. (Approximately a couple weeks) Hopefully we can start doing a better job at removing those hard to get stuck on bugs.
