C.F. Commercial Industries is growing yet again and adding a new position for a night time janitorial cleaner. The starting pay is $12 per hour.

The job will be performed Monday - Friday at three different locations in Elyria. The hours/locations are as follows 5:00pm-midnight.

Job responsibilities include:
Dusting desks, common office areas, filing cabinets, and any other horizontal surfaces including high and low dusting once a month
Cleaning employee break rooms daily as well as kitchen area and all kitchenettes
Cleaning all employee and customer restrooms as well as employee locker rooms
Taking out the trash
The ability to work together is a must and you should have the ability to be self driven with little need for micromanagement
Detail oriented with organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to complete all assigned tasks
Must be reliable as our customer does not want to see new faces often; this is a job that will be around for a long time for the right person.

we don't travel far from home but often times our crews will find themselves in Columbus and Pittsburgh but we have gone as far South as Tifton, Georgia, East to New York City, West to Chicago, and many sites in between.
This job is fantastic for anyone who needs a change of pace in their day to day scenery. Every job we work on is different and every day can bring a new learning curve.
Pay starts at $11.75/hour after a 90 day probationary period you will receive a pay increase with incentives.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Wiping horizontal surfaces; high and low

Vacuuming cabinetry and mill work

Vacuuming hard and soft surface floors

Removing haze from grouted tiles

Running a floor scrubber as well as mopping

Cleaning of restroom facilities; toilets, sinks, walls, and floors

Cleaning of windows and frames

Pressure washing

We clean a variety of different kinds of buildings and we will teach the right candidate the ins and out of every job site so you are adequately prepared for every job we do.
