✨It has been awhile since I have update my page. I thought I should introduce myself to my new followers and give a life update to my steady supporters! ✨
🐝 Hi, I’m Shana! 🐝
I’m the owner and sole cleaner behind Busy Beez Custom Cleaning LLC. I do have my sister in laws help me from time to time but other than that. I am who you can expect in your property. 💛
In 2019, I took a leap of faith and started Busy Beez with a desire to serve others while creating a life that allowed me to be present for my family. I juggled my full time job as a production manager assistant and side cleaning business until 2022 when I took my cleaning business full-time. As a wife of nearly 18 years, mom of three, soon-to-be grandma, and small business owner, I understand how overwhelming life can be. I know what it’s like to stare at an endless to-do list while wishing there were more hours in the day to spend with the people you love most.
One of the reasons I chose this career path is because it gives me the flexibility to be there for my family while helping other families do the same. Over the years, I’ve realized that what I provide is about much more than a clean home. I’m helping busy families reclaim their time, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most.
The name Busy Beez carries a special meaning. It was inspired by my niece, Hayven, who passed away in 2018 due to complications from prematurity. Though her time here was far too short, her strength, resilience, and joyful spirit left a lasting impact on our family. Naming my business in her honor is a small way to keep her memory alive and carry a piece of her with me every day.
One thing that makes Busy Beez a little different is that when you book with me, you get me. I personally complete every cleaning, every estimate, and every client interaction. While many companies grow by building large teams, I’ve chosen to remain a solo cleaner because I value consistency, trust, and the personal relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know the families and businesses I serve. There’s something special about walking into a home where you’re welcomed like a friend instead of just another service provider. Although I may choose to grow and add team members in the future, my commitment to quality, integrity, and personal service will always remain the same.
My family is my greatest blessing. My son is heading into his senior year and loves being part of his football team. He’s also working toward his diesel mechanic certification while working for the City of Elwood/Menards. He has a servant’s heart, strong character, and a sense of humor that keeps life interesting. I couldn’t be more proud of the young man he is becoming.
My youngest daughter is my mini and loves coming to work with me when she’s out of school. She is passionate about all things fashion and always keeps life fun, creative, and exciting.
One of the most exciting seasons of my life is just around the corner. I’m also a going to be a geandma! My oldest daughter is expecting my first granddaughter this September, and I am beyond excited to watch her step into motherhood. I’m looking forward to supporting and encouraging her as she experiences one of God’s greatest gifts and blessings: becoming a mom.
When I’m not cleaning, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, children, and extended family. I’m often the designated host for birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings. I love creating memorable experiences and finding ways to make people feel loved and celebrated. Whether it’s decorating, designing invitations, planning events, or adding thoughtful details, creativity has always been one of my greatest passions.
One of my dreams for the future is to become an event specialist and someday own a venue where I can help others celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Until then, I feel incredibly blessed to serve my community through Busy Beez and help create clean, comfortable spaces where families can make memories together.
Like many small business owners, there are seasons that are challenging. Balancing family life, business responsibilities, and the needs of those around me isn’t always easy. There are days that test my strength, patience, and endurance. Through it all, my faith in Jesus has been my foundation. He continually reminds me to keep moving forward, serve others with a grateful heart, and give my best each day.
I don’t believe success comes from never facing struggles, I believe it comes from trusting God through them. His grace has carried me through every challenge and allowed me to continue providing for my family while serving my clients with care, integrity, and dedication.
At the end of the day, Busy Beez is more than a cleaning business to me. It’s a blessing, a ministry of service, and a testament to God’s faithfulness. Every opportunity, every client, and every success belongs to Him.
