What’s my reasoning why?

I am a single mother to three beautiful children, my youngest of the three is special needs, and I absolutely despise the word special needs.

This world isn’t easy especially to single mothers with children that are special needs, employers do not want to hire someone that has to have multiple days off for appointments, and a set work schedule to be able to attend therapies, some employers list that they have flexible schedules, but in reality they don’t.

I have to be able to get my son to

•9+ specialist.
• 3 regular doctors
• 3+ therapies.

These appointments aren’t just “oh you can easily reschedule for the next week on your day off” these appointments are scheduled months in advance meaning if he misses one and has to reschedule it’s going to be months before he sees the doctor that he needs to see. 

I also have to be able to provide for my children as well.

I am not here to charge you an arm and a leg to clean your house, I am here to be able to be in charge of my own scheduling plus be able to provide for my children.
