Spa Delivery Service in Elma is seeking a reliable, motivated Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you’re organized, friendly, and ready to learn about the hot tub industry, we’d love to meet you.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Help schedule spa deliveries and manage appointments
• Monitor and respond to emails
• Run occasional local errands
• Clean display spas as needed
• Stock shelves and maintain tidy workspaces
• Ring up Counter Sales
• Learn about hot tubs to answer basic customer questions

⚡️Bonus if you have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or customer service — but we’re happy to train the right person!

💵 Pay:
Starting at $1 above minimum wage, depending on qualifications (DOQ)
