"They explained things so I could understand, they were not pushy at all and they made the process so easy. they even came when my insurance adjuster came to make sure they inspected my roof the correct way. They went out of their way at every step to help. There’s no way I would have been able to get insurance to approve without them. They denied my first claim until he came out with them. They got the job scheduled within a week and a half and had the roof done in one day."
