PUDDING BASE MIX
This recipe is never low in my house! One recipe, ANY FLAVOR is pudding.
Ingredients:

1 ⅔ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup cornstarch
1 ¼ cup milk powder
1 ½ tsp salt

Directions:

Whisk 1/2 CUP dry mix with 2 cups half and half, and 3 egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thick and glossy (about 5–10 minutes).
Refrigerate for 1-3 hours, ENJOY!
YIELDS: ABOUT 1 QUART JAR
