The reputation of any company is not just measured by how well it performs, but also by how it conducts itself in business. Which means being honest and transparent, even when that means admitting mistakes.

Recently we posted a paid ad on this page in which we mistakenly used a photo of a pool that we did not build. It is unclear as to how or why this particular photo was in our build gallery, but it was never our intention to use anyone else’s work to promote ourselves.

We would like to publicly apologize to Creative Structures for inadvertently using a picture of a pool they built in our advertising. The ad has been deleted but it is only right that we admit the mistake and give credit for building a beautiful swimming pool to the company that actually deserves it.

If the heavy rain has your pool filled to the brim, or even overflowing…DO NOT PANIC!

It is instinctive to want to rush out and start draining water as fast as possible, but DO NOT do that!

Stay inside and stay safe! Your pool will be fine! The more water you have in your pool during torrential rains, the safer your pool will be. Taking out water often causes more problems than just leaving it alone.

Wait at least several hours after the rain stops before draining any water out of the pool. Be sure that all skimmer lines and main drain line are open to prevent over draining your pool. You only want to drain as much water as it takes to get the water level down to just below the skimmer opening.
