For some education: It’s a boring video and it’s not easy to video if you’re not coordinated at all. 🤣 If you watch halfway through on the upper side, you’ll notice a dark film washing away. That is road film! This is from the winter chemicals, dirt, and oil/diesel residue on the roads. You’ll notice it more on your vehicle with highway distance driving. That’s on your vehicle and it sticks more depending on your vehicle surface. A hand wash and wax will help your surface be easier to clean on the touchless.

After a full day of a few people not wanting to follow directions about pulling forward in the automatic line, it’s been a long day.. I’m not trying to irritate you, but I’m looking out for safety of others pulling behind you into our odd shaped lot. (I did not design this land!). Staying up until 3:30 was not on my plan today to research a negative comment emailed to me. Just to be blunt as my great customer told me to do, I’ll call them out. FYI. You need to learn the difference between high pressure rinse and spot-free. Spot-free is a filtered, low pressure rinse that barely comes out. It is not the same as high-pressure rinse. Two completely different tanks. Two completely different pressures. Spray the wax before spot free to finish the wash. Calling my wash “crappy” was not called for at all. Highlight of the day: Barb, Zoey, Santiago, doggie tissue lady, and Tasha. See me for your coupon! Yes, positivity is what’s needed in today’s world. One day at a time. Make it count for others as they may need it! You could be their light!

Thank you for letting us know if something “seems odd”. We appreciate it and will research to find and repair. It’s best if we repair, as most k***s and buttons have both electrical and mechanical parts. Brut force just doesn’t fix items. There are so many pieces and parts to every single item that is used, that we may have to go through many different parts to figure it out. This is also why we have an attendant helping at pay stations during busy times. The pay stations can lock up easily as it has to read or count every bill, coupon, or card. We’ve only have 5 minutes to correct it to keep the line moving. And, thanks to all that help us manage what’s going on at the property. It’s all appreciated.
