Finished my certification in November. I’m also currently working on a health and wellness coaching certification (that one encompasses multiple facets of wellness). As many know I don’t publish much about myself but I thought that with a new year and many people seeking to reach new goals this year I should make the public aware. Please pass this on to someone you may know or even yourself if you want help, encouragement, accountability. along with some nutrition education. The shelves, labels, and information out there is confusing and misleading. I would like to help you be the best you in 2022.

For your ongoing reassurance, I have increased the alcohol content which was already at a disinfectant level.. just to be safe. I use one use examination gloves before even entering your home..then rubbing alcohol than I spray on my examination gloves that I put on Even before touching anything. . Bags and equipment is sanitized with a diluted bleach solution between each cleaning. I'm a complete germophobe and care deeply about all my families health and well as my own. I have been social distancing from people well before it was recommended and skipped concerts..outings.. even travel to do my part. I do also have an N95 mask upon request I can wear (I'm not sick) to ease any concerns. I'm THAT cautious.
