When a client calls u up and leaves a nasty message…

I had an appointment between 10 and 12 to have my carpets clean. And no one has shown up. It's now little bit after 12 couple minutes after I've been waiting around. I'm really disappointed because I've used your carpet service. Many times before So this is really really flaky so I just wanted to register my disappointment Oh With your lack of Your service is really poor so that's my Feedback bye-bye…”
